TVFC players and parents are strongly encouraged to attend an Assistant Referee session to be run by Senior Referee Billy Wolstenholme. The session will cover the basic rules of the game and outline the roles and responsibilities of the assistant referee (side line official with the flag). Parents are strongly encouraged to attend so that all have the knowledge necessary to “run the lines” for junior and senior games alike. Players are also strongly encouraged to attend to improve their understanding of the game. In short, all are most welcome to attend.
